As an Associate Professor at Palm Beach State College, my continuing contract was built around an individualized development plan that incorporated original research from my project, "Enhancing Online Teaching Presence to Elevate Student Success." This research directly informed my course design strategies and contributed to measurable improvements in student engagement and outcomes.
